Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 2026

MOMNT Ads ("MOMNT," "we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through momntads.com.au, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to visitors to this website and to prospective and current clients.

Who we are

MOMNT Ads (ABN 35 702 206 737) is an Australian business. You can contact us about privacy matters at [email protected].

Information we collect

When you submit the booking form on this site, we collect:

If you go on to become a client, we may also collect information necessary to deliver our services, such as access to your Meta Ads account, campaign performance data, read-only sales and product data from your Shopify store, and relevant business figures (e.g. margin or acquisition cost data) that you choose to share with us for reporting purposes.

This website does not currently use analytics or advertising tracking cookies. If that changes, this policy will be updated to reflect it.

Clients can sign in to their private dashboard at portal.momntads.com.au. To do that we keep the email addresses you ask us to give access to, email a one-time sign-in link to them, and set one cookie that keeps you signed in for up to 30 days. That cookie is only used for signing in. Each client can only see their own dashboard.

How we use your information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for purposes unrelated to the above without asking you first.

Sharing your information

We may share information with third parties strictly where necessary to deliver our services. For example, with Meta (Facebook/Instagram) as part of managing your advertising account. We do not otherwise share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Data storage and security

Information submitted through this site is processed via our hosting provider (Cloudflare) and stored in tools we use to manage enquiries and client work. We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access.

Your rights

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing [email protected]. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update.
